Laying Foundations
A starting point for you and your child or teen to
get connected, communicate, and consistently
build your house from the foundations up.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many parents and carers experience these challenges as children grow and develop their independence. Laying Foundations is designed to help you overcome these barriers, rebuild connection, and create a secure, communicative relationship with your child or teen.
There isn't a magic wand, but...
There’s a lot of marketing out there promising quick fixes and magical solutions, but that isn’t the reality when it comes to reconnecting with your child or teen.
Deep, lasting relationships take time, effort, and commitment.
Laying Foundations is here to guide you step-by-step to rebuild that connection, providing the tools and support you need to navigate the ups and downs together.
This Programme is a Step-by-Step Journey…
Laying Foundations takes you on a structured journey through three core pillars—Connection, Communication, and Consistency—helping you develop and deepen your relationship with your child or teen.
Each lesson includes interactive activities, reflections, and exercises tailored specifically for parents with children and teens.
With two accompanying workbooks, one for parents with children and another for parents with teens, you’ll have the tools needed to adapt your learning to your child’s developmental stage.
Here’s What’s Included:
Lessons covering Connection, Communication, and Consistency. These are the 3 foundational pillars to this programme.
2 Workbooks - one for parents with children and one for parents with teens.
Guided Activities and Reflections to help you implement what you learn in real-life situations.
Access to the Live Monthly Q&As exclusive to clients for additional support and shared experiences with other parents.
