Meet Charlotte..

I’m Charlotte Cook – a Child & Adolescent psychotherapist, and childhood anxiety specialist. 

I work with parents every day who feel:

  • Overwhelmed

  • Unsure which advise to trust

I also know what it’s like to be the child who couldn’t cope with school due to anxiety.
