You've been trying so hard to hold it together.

For your child. For your family. For everyone who needs you to be okay.
But late at night, when the house is quiet and you finally stop moving, something else is there.
The knot in your stomach before Monday morning. The way your chest tightens the second they start to struggle. The hypervigilance. The replaying every conversation. The lying awake wondering if you said the wrong thing, did the wrong thing, are the wrong thing.
The fear that your anxiety is feeding theirs.
And the guilt that comes with that thought.
What if I'm part of the problem?
I want to answer that question honestly.
You might be.
Not because you're failing, but because anxiety lives in relationship.
It passes between nervous systems. It responds to the energy in the room, the tension in a voice, the held breath of a parent who is desperately trying to hide how scared they are. That's not your fault.
Nobody told you this was happening.
Nobody showed you how to change it.
Until now.

This is not a programme about your child.
There are programmes for that. I run one.
This is about you.
The Reset Room is a small, intimate, therapist-led space - for the parent who has been so focused on helping their child that they've completely forgotten to help themselves.
Because here's what I know after years of working with anxious families:
When a parent regulates - really regulates, not just white-knuckles it, their child feels it.
The morning changes.
The school gate changes.
The whole emotional temperature of the home changes.
You are not a bystander in your child's anxiety.
And you are not a lost cause in your own.
You are the most powerful variable in this entire picture.
The Reset Room is where we work on you.

This is for you if...
You feel like your own anxiety is making your child's worse and you don't know how to break the cycle
You've spent so long focused on your child that you've lost track of yourself entirely
You find yourself panicking on the inside while trying to appear calm on the outside
You lie awake replaying the day - the things you said, the things you should have said
You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix
You've tried strategies for your child but nobody has ever asked how YOU are
You know something needs to change and you're ready for that something to be you

From someone who has been exactly where you are.

I know what it felt like to be inside that anxiety - to have a body that felt like a threat, a world that felt too big, a door I couldn't walk through.
And then I became a parent. And at exactly the same age, my daughter started to disappear behind anxiety too.
I know what it feels like to stand at that gate with your heart in your throat.
To hold it together on the outside while everything inside you is screaming.
To love someone so completely that their pain becomes yours and to have no idea where you end and they begin.
That's not weak. That's what it means to be a parent who feels everything.
But it's also, and I say this with complete compassion, part of what's keeping the cycle going.
When I finally got support for myself - not just strategies for my daughter, but real, held, clinical support for my own nervous system, everything changed.
That's what I want to give you inside The Reset Room.

What's included
GROUP SESSIONS
8 live group sessions across one month
Four support sessions - space to be heard, held, and genuinely understood. Not advice. Not fixing. Just proper, psychologically safe support for everything you're carrying.
Four practical guidance sessions - where we work on the real, clinical understanding of what's happening in your nervous system and your child's, and exactly what to do about it.
Together these two threads work as one because emotional safety and practical knowledge aren't separate. They're the same work.
SMALL INTIMATE GROUP
Maximum 5 families
This is intentional.
Not a webinar.
Not a room of fifty strangers.
Five families - which means you are seen, known, and genuinely supported throughout.
Charlotte knows your situation. The group knows your situation.
Nobody falls through the cracks.
WHATSAPP SUPPORT
3 months therapist-supported WhatsApp access
The work doesn't stop between sessions.
Life happens - hard mornings, difficult evenings, moments where you need a grounding word from someone who understands.
Charlotte is in the WhatsApp group.
Real support, in real time, for three full months.
POD ACCESS
3 months access to the Parent Insight Pod
After The Reset Room ends, you don't lose the thread.
Three months inside the Pod gives you continued community, monthly live sessions, resources, and ongoing support as you implement everything you've learned.

Together we'll explore
What's really happening underneath your anxiety and why it makes complete sense
How anxiety moves through families and how to interrupt the cycle
How to regulate your own nervous system so you can show up differently in the hard moments
How to respond to your child's anxiety without panicking, over-reassuring, or shutting down
How to rebuild your own sense of confidence, groundedness and calm - not as a performance, but as something real

By the end of The Reset Room, you will feel:
Less alone - genuinely, not just temporarily
More emotionally grounded - in your body, in your responses, in your sense of self
More confident supporting your child - because you'll understand what's actually happening
Clearer about what anxiety is, where it comes from, and what actually helps long-term
Like yourself again - the version of you that existed before anxiety took over the whole house

What this isn't
This isn't a large anonymous programme where you're a name on a list.
This isn't surface-level tips or generic breathing techniques.
This isn't therapy - but it uses the same quality of thinking.
This isn't about fixing you. There is nothing wrong with you.
This is a psychologically held space where a trained child and adolescent
psychoanalytic psychotherapist sits with you - really sits with you - and helps you
understand what's happening, why it's happening, and how to change it.
For one month.
With five families maximum.
With daily support in between.
There is nothing else like this.
"I started working with Charlotte in 2025. If I'm honest, I felt like I simply could not manage being a parent anymore.
Every conflict, every argument, it completely overwhelmed me. I'd lie awake at night convinced I was the reason my kids were the way they were. I didn't feel like I had it in me to handle anything. So I avoided everything. I gave in. I let them do and say whatever they wanted because I knew that if I tried to hold a boundary, I would hit a breaking point. And all the while, I was watching my children get more and more anxious, more and more triggered. It was a vicious cycle in my home.
I came to Charlotte to talk about how I could help my kids.
How to get them to listen. How to get them to respect boundaries. Very quickly, we discovered that a lot of the problem was me. It's not that I was doing anything wrong. The fact that I was worried and getting help means I'm a good parent. But I was carrying so much anxiety. I was getting triggered. There were so many beliefs I was holding that were creating an environment that just wasn't allowing any of us to move forward.
Working through how to manage and regulate myself changed how I responded to everything.
Which in turn created a much happier, healthier household. I would highly recommend working with Charlotte."

Have a Question?
No. The Reset Room is a therapeutic support experience - it uses clinical understanding and psychodynamic thinking, but it is not individual therapy. If you feel you need one-to-one therapeutic support, Charlotte can discuss that separately.
The Reset Room is designed specifically for parents navigating childhood anxiety. Your own anxiety is the focus - but the context is your child's too.
Charlotte will let you know the arrangements for each session at the start of the programme. All sessions are recorded so you can watch the replay and gain support from the WhatsApp group.
Yes. In fact, the more complex the situation, the more important it is that you have genuine support too. Charlotte will have an honest conversation with you before the programme begins to make sure it's the right fit.
The Reset Room is designed precisely for this situation. You don't have to wait to get support for yourself - and the work you do here will make a real difference to your child while the system catches up.
