You've read every article, tried Every tip and you're still lying awake wondering what you're doing wrong.

7 resources from a child psychotherapist to help you understand what's really going on for your child - and finally feel steady enough to help them through it.

I'm Charlotte, a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and I've spent years sitting with families where the parents are doing everything "right" and still watching their child struggle.

If you're here, I'm guessing you already know the theory. You've read the books. You've tried the sticker charts, the breathing exercises, the scripts. Some of it helped for a day or two. Then you were right back where you started, wondering if you're the problem.

You're not.

And you're not missing a trick - you're missing the pattern underneath it all. That's what this pack is for.

What Your Child's Anxiety Is Really Trying to Tell You

Why NOTHING has stuck so far?

Here's what I want you to know before you buy anything else, including this: anxiety isn't a behaviour you can train out of your child.

It's a nervous system doing exactly what it's designed to do - just a little too often, a little too loudly.

Most of the advice out there treats anxiety like a habit to break.

So you try a new technique, it works for a bit, and then it stops - and you assume you did it wrong. You didn't.

The technique was never going to be enough on its own, because it wasn't built around what's actually driving the anxiety in your specific child, in your specific family.

This pack won't hand you a magic script.

What it will do is help you see the pattern - in your child's anxiety, and in your own response to it - so that whatever you try next actually has a chance of working.

A note from Charlotte

I'll be honest - I almost didn't put this together at £11.

It's less than a takeaway coffee round for the school run, and it's built from the same understanding I use with families in my full programme.

But I know what it's like to be the parent googling this at midnight, not ready to commit to something bigger, just wanting someone to make sense of what's happening.

If that's you tonight, this is for you.

Questions you may be asking....

Is this a replacement for professional support?

No. This pack is designed to help you understand and respond to everyday anxiety patterns. If your child is really struggling, please keep working with the professionals already involved, or reach out for support.

How long will this take me?

Most parents get through the whole pack in a few hours, spread across a few evenings. You can also just start with the one resource that matches what you're struggling with most right now. The idea is to work through at your pace to get the best results.

My child is a toddler / my child is a teenager - will this still apply?

Yes. The patterns underneath anxiety look similar whatever the age - it's the presentation that changes. The resources and workbooks are written so you can apply the thinking to your own child's stage and personality.

I've already tried CBT / SPACE / other approaches - is this different?

This pack won't ask you to add another technique on top of what you're already doing. It's built to help you understand why techniques stop working, so you can use what you already know more effectively.

We're waiting for CAMHS. Is this suitable?

Definitely. Many families work through these resources while waiting for support because they don't want to spend months feeling helpless.

Is this suitable if my child has autism or ADHD as well as anxiety?

Yes. These methodologies on understanding your child's emotional world and relationships, making it relevant whether anxiety exists on its own or alongside other needs.
